Having considered that the claim of Rs. 3,81,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Eighty One Thousand) for payment to the petitioner on account of the execution of work for construction of Guest House at Tobu, Mon and the major bill amount having been paid to the petitioner and also considering that the petitioner appears to have completed the aforesaid work in terms of the work order, for which the Completion Certificate has been issued by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Mon, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent authorities to verify the claim of the petitioner within a period of 2 (two) months, and in the event the claim of the petitioner of the amount of Rs. 3,81,000/(Rupees Three Lakhs Eighty One Thousand) is found to be undisputed and liable to be paid to the petitioner, as remaining bill amount for construction of Guest House at Tobu, Mon, the respondent authorities are directed to release the payment of Rs. 3,81,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Eighty One Thousand) to the petitioner within a period of 30 (thirty) days thereafter. It is hereby directed, accordingly.
