Heard Mr. I. Choudhury, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. R. Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. U. Das, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, Assam for the State respondents.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties at some length, it transpires that the petitioner needs to incorporate some more details. Mr. Choudhury has, therefore, submitted that the writ petition may be allowed to be withdrawn with the liberty to file afresh.

In view of the above submission made by Mr. Choudhury, the writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal, with the liberty, to file afresh.
