It is noticed that in the order dated 08.06.2026, an observation was made that interim order passed earlier shall continue till 12.06.2026. It is brought to the notice that there was no interim order passed earlier in this review petition.

Heard Mr. S. Dutta, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner assisted by Mr. S.H. Rahman. Also heard Mr. H.R.A. Choudhury, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent no. 7 assisted by Mr. M.I. Hussain. None appears for the State of Assam or the other respondents in the review petition.

The order dated 03.06.2026 has already recorded a prima facie view of this Court. Today, upon hearing the learned Senior Counsel for the parties, this Court is of the opinion that the orders passed in I.A.(C) No.764/2026 would require a reconsideration of this Court.

Accordingly, the order dated 18.03.2026 passed in I.A. (Civil) No.764/2026 is hereby recalled and the I.A. (Civil) No.764/2026 is restored to file. List I.A. (Civil) No.764/2026 on 16.06.2026 .
