By filing the instant Review Petition, the petitioners/Union Bank of India & Ors. have sought for a review of the order dated 28.01.2026, passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 6560/2023, whereby the writ petition was disposed off.
Mr. K. N. Choudhury, learned senior Advocate for the review petitioners submits that there were some inadvertent errors in the submissions made before the Court at the time of hearing of the writ petition, viz. WP(C) No. 6560/2023 and WP(C) No. 6583/2023. He, therefore, prays that the writ petition

[WP(C) No. 6560/2023] be heard afresh. No order need be passed in WP(C) No. 6583/2023.
Taking into account the afore-noted submission, and also going through the records, it appears that a fresh hearing of the writ petition [WP(C) No. 6560/2023] is required.
The order dated 28.01.2026, passed in WP(C) No. 6560/2023 is recalled. Accordingly, the writ petition [WP(C) No. 6560/2023] is directed to be listed for consideration on 05.10.2026 .
The other writ petition, namely, WP(C) No. 4994/2025, which had earlier been tagged with WP(C) No. 6560/2023, be de-tagged and be listed before the learned Single Judge as per the roster.
This Review Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
