Ms. Reshama Begam, the claimant, is present along with Mr. J. Ahmed/claimant No. 2. The claimant Nos. 3 & 4 are minor children represented by their mother, the claimant No.1. Mr. S. Roy, learned counsel, is also present.

It has been submitted that the claim has been settled for an amount of Rs. 2,36,500/- consolidated.

The appellant/claimant shall furnish the bank details to the insurance company where the settled amount is to be credited.

Accordingly, this MAC Appeal is closed on settlement. TCR be returned. A copy of the settlement shall be kept on record.
