Ms. Rajia Begum, the appellant, is present along with Mr. A. U. Ahmed, learned counsel. Ms. Hena Haflongbar, the representative of the New India Assurance Company Limited, is present.
It has been submitted that the claim has been settled between the parties for an additional amount of Rs. 70,000/-, over and above the original awarded amount of Rs. 44,187/-.
The claimant shall furnish the bank details to the insurance company where the settled amount is to be credited.
Accordingly, this MAC Appeal is closed on settlement.
A copy of the settlement shall be kept on record. TCR be returned.
