It has been submitted that the claim has been settled for an amount of Rs. 16,00,000/-.

The claimant shall provide the bank details to the insurance company where the settled amount is to be credited.

The statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- made by the insurance company shall be refunded as per procedure.

Accordingly, this MAC Appeal is closed on settlement.

A copy of the settlement shall be kept on record.
