Mr. S. Singh, learned counsel, is present along with Ms. Aimi Injal and two
other claimants, who were the claimants before the learned Tribunal Court.
The claimants have submitted that the settlement has arrived at a consolidated sum of Rs. 27,00,000/-. Ms. Hena Haflongbar is present for the New India Assurance Company Limited and has also agreed to the above.
In view of the settlement arrived at, this appeal is closed on settlement. The Insurer shall cause the deposit of the settled amount before the Registry of this Court. The payment to the claimants shall be made in accordance with the notification No. 43 dated 26.06.2020.

The claimants are present before this Lok Adalat and have submitted that
they would have no objection if the compensation is released in the name of Ms. Aimi Injal, who is the mother of the deceased. Accordingly, this MAC Appeal is closed on settlement.
The copy of the agreement arrived at between the two parties shall be kept on record.
The statutory deposit made before this Court by the appellant authority shall be refunded as per procedure.
