Heard Mr. S Banik, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Ms. F. Begum appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. H Baruah, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

This application has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India primarily praying for early disposal of Misc. (J) Case No.85/2026 pending in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Amingaon.

Mr. H. Baruah has submitted that he has no objection if the said Misc.(J) Case is disposed of early.

It is hereby directed that the learned trial court shall dispose of the Misc. (J) Case No.85/2026 expeditiously within 30 (thirty) days of receiving a copy of this order.

Both the sides are directed to appear with a copy of this order before the trial court on 29.09.2026. The status-quo order passed by the High Court shall continue till disposal of the said Misc. (J) Case No.85/2026 and the order dated 12.08.2026 is modified accordingly.

With the aforesaid direction, the Revision Petition is disposed of.
