Heard Mr. T. Kalita, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 04.06.2026 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.1, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati in MAC Case No.569/2025.

3. The petitioner claims that the learned Tribunal did not comply with the Notification No.42 dated 11^th June, 2024 issued by this Court.

4. I have considered the submissions made by Mr. Kalita.

5. The impugned order dated 04.06.2026 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.1, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati in MAC Case No.569/2025, is set aside.

6. The Tribunal is directed to act according to Notification No.42 dated 11^th June, 2024 issued by this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, the present revision petition is disposed of.
