Bhagya Narayan Singh Alias B N Sing Vs the State of Assam and Anr.

Mr. H.R.A. Choudhury, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. S.S. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant criminal petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR dated 06.01.2026, which was registered as Dhubri P.S. Case No.07/2026. But during the pendency of this petition, he has learned that charge-sheet has already been filed and as such, he prays for permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to file a fresh petition, if so deemed necessary.

In view of the above, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as mentioned above.
