Heard Mr. H.P. Guwala, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner.
This interlocutory application has been filed for seeking correction of certain purported typographical errors in the order dated 14.09.2026 passed in Bail Application No. 2521/2026, whereby, the petitioner was granted bail. It is pointed out that in para 2 of the order, the P.S. case number has been wrongly mentioned as Mayong P.S. Case No. 53/2024 instead of Mayong P.S. Case No. 53/2026 . Further, in the same para, the date of arrest was mentioned as 20.06.2024 instead of 20.06.2026 . In the 3rd paragraph also, the date of the FIR has been mentioned as 15.06.2024 instead of 15.06.2026 .
The aforesaid errors are typographical errors and hereby stand corrected. This order shall be read as part of the order dated 14.09.2026, passed in Bail Appln. 2521/2026.
Accordingly, this I.A. stands allowed and disposed of.
