2 . This application has been filed seeking correction of the order dated 09.09.2026, passed in the connected Criminal Petition No. 210/2024.

3 . In the last pargraph of the said order, it has been reflected that the amount has been returned by the petitioner whereas the amount i.e. the borrowed money has been returned by the borrowers to the bank and accordingly correction is sought.
4 . Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the aforesaid last pargraph of the order dated 09.09.2026 stands corrected and the same shall read as follows:-
“As regards the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the amount i.e. the borrowed money has been returned by the borrowers, the learned counsel for the informant shall obtain instructions.”
5 . This order shall form a part of the order dated 09.04.2026, passed in Criminal Petition 210/ 2024.
6 . The I.A. stands disposed of.
