Heard Mr. P. J. Saikia, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. P. Barthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the opposite party No. 1.
This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for early hearing of the connected criminal petition, being Criminal Petition No. 1353/2024.
After hearing the learned counsel for both the parties, it is provided that Registry shall list the Criminal Petition No. 1353/2024, on 08.10.2026 .
In terms of the above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
It appears that in connected Criminal Petition No. 1353/2024, case diary

was called for vide order, dated 13.11.2024. However, Mr. Barthakur, learned APP, apprises this Court that the same has not yet been received.
Accordingly, Mr. Barthakur, learned APP is directed to produce the case diary before this Court on 08.10.2026.
Mr. Barthakur, learned APP, also submits that the copy of the petition was misplaced. However, Mr. Saikia, learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to furnish a copy of the same to Mr. Barthakur, learned APP, during the course of the day.
