The instant application has been filed praying for the leave of the

Court to amend the prayer portion of the Crl.Pet. No. 21/2026.

Mr. Sushan Kareer, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there has been inadvertent mistake in the prayer portion wherein, the wrong case number and court was mentioned and through this application, they would like to make necessary correction.

Ms. Imlirenla, learned counsel for the sole respondent raises no objection to the application.

Accordingly, in Crl.Pet.No. 21/2026, the prayer portion shall be replaced as follows:

“Pending disposal of this petition be pleased to suspend/stay that further proceedings of the Complaint Case no. 16 of 2025 titled as “Shri Vivodi Mekro vs. Shri Narinder Mohan and Ors”, including the summoning order dated 03.12.2025, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kohima, Nagaland.”

The learned counsel for the applicant shall thereafter make necessary correction in the main petition.

With the above order, application stands allowed and disposed

of.
