Heard Mr. Tawhid Laskar, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent.

This I.A. has been preferred seeking alteration of the order dated 01.12.2025, whereby interim pre-arrest bail was granted to the applicants. However, it was later learnt that the applicant no.2, Islam Uddin had already been arrested 2 (two) days prior to the said order.

It is submitted that the name of the said applicant no.2, Islam Uddin is required to be deleted from the order dated 01.12.2025, so as to enable him to apply for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The name of the applicant no.2 Islam Uddin, son of Hussain Ahmed shall stand deleted from paragraph-2 of the said order. This order shall be read as part of the aforesaid order dated 01.12.2025, passed in AB No. 2809/2025.

The I.A. stands allowed accordingly.
