Heard Mr. K R Patgiri, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R Dhar, learned counsel, appearing the respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 5, Ms. R M Barooah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2 and Mr. M P Sarma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. B Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4.

Mr. K R Patgiri, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present proceeding, the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2024 in WP(C) No. 6384/2017, has been complied with. Accordingly, he submits that the present contempt petition be closed.
