This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/ appellant seeking condonation of delay of 49 days in preferring the connected appeal against the order dated 10.11.2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) No.6197/2023.

We have heard Mr. B. Chetri, learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant; Mr. D.J. Boro, learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1, 3 & 5 and Mrs. S. Sarma, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam for respondent No.2 & 4.

After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/ appellant for condoning the delay of 49 days in preferring the connected appeal.

We, therefore, condone the delay.
