The instant application has been filed by applicant/claimants with the prayer to allow them to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs. 2,29,900/- deposited by the appellant/Oriental Insurance Company in compliance to the order dated 26.06.2025 passed by this Court in I.A(C) No. 2077/2025 arising out of MAC Appeal No. 278/2025.

Heard learned counsel, Mr. A.R. Agarwala for the applicant. Also heard Mr. S. Sharma for the respondent/Insurance Company, who has not raised any objection to the instant application.

Learned counsel, Mr. A.R. Agarwala, for the applicant submits that the appellant herein have deposited the amount of Rs. 2,29,900/- as directed by this Court in I.A. No. 2077/2025 by order dated 26.06.2025. And he submits that the applicant/claimants are facing acute financial hardship and in urgent need of money.

This Court has considered the submission of the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed.

The Registry shall allowed the applicant/claimants No. 1 to withdraw the said deposited amount of Rs. 2,29,900/- upon proper verification and identification.
