Heard Mr. M J Quadir, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
Since the connected appeal has been admitted for hearing, the operation of the judgment and decreed dated 14.08.2023 and 25.08.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) No. 1, Hailakandi in Title Suit No. 110/2014 which was affirmed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Hailakandi vide judgment and decree dated 02.08.2025 and 07.08.2025 in Title Appeal No. 26/2023 shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal.
The interlocutory application is disposed of.
