Company in connection with MAC Appeal No. 490/2026 praying for stay of execution of the judgment and award dated 05.04.2019, passed in MAC Case No. 27/2015, by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhemaji during the pendency of the connected MAC Appeal No. 490/2026.

As the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the Insurance Company is agreeable to deposit the entire awarded amount as a condition to grant of stay of execution of the impugned judgment and award, notice to the opposite parties is waived in this interlocutory application and this interlocutory application is allowed.

4. The execution of the judgment and award dated 05.04.2019, passed in MAC Case No. 27/2015, by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhemaji shall remain stayed during the pendency of the connected MAC Appeal No. 490/2026, subject to deposit of the entire awarded amount by the applicant/Insurance Company before the Registry of this Court within a period of four weeks from the date of this order.
