1. Heard Ms. T More, the learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. P K Roy, the learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. D Goswami, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1,2,4,5,6.
2. This IA has been filed by the applicant, Sri Subhasish Dutta praying for rectification in the name of the deceased respondent No. 3, which has been mentioned in the order dated 03.08.2026 passed by this court in IA (Civil) 2082/2026.
3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the name of respondent No. 3 has been mentioned in the said order as Sri Pranab Chakraborty instead of Late Pradip Chakraborty. Hence, a prayer is made to rectify the same.
4. The prayer is not opposed by the learned Senior counsel for the Other

5. It appears that the mentioning of wrong name of the deceased respondent No. 3 is an inadvertent typographical mistake and same is required to be rectified. As such, the name of “Sri Pranab Chakraborty” mentioned in the order dated 03.08.2026 passed in IA (Civil) 2082/2026 shall be read as “Late Pradip Chakraborty” in the said order instead of “Sri Pranab Chakraborty”
6. This IA is accordingly disposed of.
