2. By way of filing this interlocutory application, the applicants seeks impleadment of the Nodal Officer, CRPF, The Directorate General CRPF (Recruitment), East Block No. 07, Level–4, Sector-1, R. K. Puram, New Delhi – 110066, as party respondent No. 4 in the connected writ petition being WP(c)909/2026.

3. It is submitted that the Nodal Officer, CRPF, The Directorate General CRPF (Recruitment), East Block No. 07, Level–4, Sector-1, R. K. Puram, New Delhi – 110066, is a necessary and proper party for effective and complete adjudication of the issue involved in the aforesaid writ petition as he was the person responsible for the recruitment, in question.

4. The learned CGC appearing on behalf of the Opposite Parties raised objtection to the prayer for impleadment.

5. However, considering that the Nodal Officer, CRPF, The Directorate General CRPF(Recruitment), East Block No. 07, Level–4, Sector-1, R. K. Puram, New Delhi – 110066, proposed to be impleaded is a necessary party for effective adjudication of the connected writ petition being WP(c)909/2026, the prayer for impleadment, is allowed.

6. Accordingly, let the Nodal Officer, CRPF, The Directorate General CRPF(Recruitment), East Block No. 07, Level–4, Sector-1, R. K. Puram, New Delhi – 110066, be impleaded as party respondent No. 4 in the connected writ petition being WP(c)909/2026.
