1. The instant application has been filed for stay of the operation of the judgment and order dated 14.11.2025 passed by the learned MACT, Cachar in MAC case No. 338/2020.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant Mr. RK Bhatra.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that an appeal has been preferred by the Insurance Company against the judgment and Order dated 14.11.2025 passed in MAC Case No. 338/2020 and the appeal has already been admitted by this court. He submits that if the impugned judgment is not suspended during the pendency of the appeal, irreparable loss will be caused by the applicant.

4. This court has considered the submission of the learned counsel and also considered the pleadings.

5. The instant application is allowed by staying the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 14.11.2025 passed by the learned MACT, Cachar in MAC case No. 338/2020 subject to the condition that the appellant/ applicant shall deposit 50% of the awarded amount before the
