Heard Dr. B N Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and Mr. K Kejriwal, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 4.
2. The present Interlocutory Application has been instituted praying for advancement of the date of listing of the connected writ petition.
3. This Court vide order dated 22.07.2026, had fixed the connected writ petition for consideration on 20.11.2026, in view of the fact that there was no representation on behalf of either of the parties to the proceeding.
4. The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has contended that on 22.07.2026, when the matter was listed, he had to remain absent and accordingly, was not in a position to appear in the matter.
5. The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has further submitted that a leave application was also submitted in the matter before the Registry of this Court and the same was reflected in the cause list, published on 22.07.2026. Accordingly, he submits that considering the urgency involved in the matter, this Court would be pleased to advance the date of hearing of the matter and fix a convenient date before the ensuing vacations.

6. The prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner is not opposed by Mr. K Kejriwal, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 4.
7. In view of the consensus arrived at in the matter by and between the parties, this Court directs the Registry to list the connected writ petition again on 29.09.2026 .
8. With the above observations and directions, the present Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
