We have heard Mr. K. Konwar, learned Additional Advocate General, Assam, for the applicants/petitioners/State. We have also heard Mr. M. Islam, learned Advocate for the respondent.

This Interlocutory Application has been filed for condonation of the delay of 162 days in filing the connected Review Petition against the Order dated 20.05.2025 passed by this Court in I.A.(C) No. 237/2025 in WA No. 133/2023.

After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the
