Heard Mr. A. R. Agarwala, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. By this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction of the party name in the Cause Title as reflected in the judgment & order dated 29.10.2025 passed by this Court in IA(c)820/2021, wherein, instead of “Regional Manager,

National Insurance Company Ltd.,” it has been inadvertently reflected as “Regional Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Ltd.”.
3. It is stated at the Bar that the details of the party in the Cause Title of a case is fed by the CIS staff of the Registry of this Court. However, in the Cause Title of IA(c)820/2021 fed by the CIS staff, the name of the Opposite Party has been mentioned as “Regional Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Ltd.,” instead of “Regional Manager, National Insurance Company Ltd.”.
4. Mr. Agarwala, learned counsel for the applicant, at this stage, submitted that he has the information that the party name has beenchanged and now correctly reflected in the Cause Title of IA(c)820/2021 as “Regional Manager, National Insurance Company Ltd.”.
5. In view of the above, Mr. Agarwala, learned counsel for the applicant, prays for withdrawal of this interlocutory application.
6. Prayer, as sought for, is granted.
7. The interlocutory application, accordingly, stands disposed of on being withdrawn.
