1908, has been filed by the applicants in connection with Cont.Cas (C) No. 17 of 2025, praying for allowing the applicants to implead Sh. Vanlalmawia, the present incumbent to the post of Secretary to the Land Revenue and Settlement Department, Government of Mizoram, as the earlier incumbent who

was impleaded as respondent No. 3 in the connected contempt case has been

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the

applicants, the prayer is allowed.

4. Let the present incumbent to the post of Secretary, Land Revenue & Settlement Department, Government of Mizoram, namely, Sh. Vanlalmawia, be impleaded as respondent No. 7 in the connected contempt case No. 17 of 2025.
