Heard Mr. Darak Ullah, learned counsel for the applicant and also heard Ms. H. Kalita, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A.C. Sarma, learned Senior counsel for the respondent/opposite party No.1.

This application under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure is preferred by the applicant for amendment of the cause title, so far it relates to the address of respondent Nos.3 and 4.

The learned counsel for the opposite party submits that she has no objection.

Accordingly, taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this interlocutory application stands allowed.

The learned counsel for the applicant shall file amended cause title in RSA No.175/2025 within a period of 10(ten) days from today.
