We have heard Mr. R.S.Mishra, learned counsel, for the applicant/appellant. Also heard Mr. S.K.Medhi, learned Central Government Counsel, for the respondents/ opposite parties.

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/appellant seeking condonation of the delay of 48 days in preferring the connected Writ Appeal against the Judgment and Order (Oral) dated 11.03.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C)
