Heard Mr. K. K. Bhatta, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. D. Mondal, learned counsel for respondent No.1.
Since the connected appeal has been admitted for hearing, the judgment and award dated 30.07.2025 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kamrup, Amingaon in MAC Case No. 206/2019 shall remain stayed subject to deposit of 50% of the total amount before the Registry of this Court within next four weeks. After such deposit, the claimant No.1, Ajoy Biswash @ Sagar Biswash shall be at liberty to withdraw the said amount on furnishing an indemnity bond of like amount.
Accordingly, the Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
