This is an application filed for impleadment of the opposite party Nos. 1 & 2 to the accompanying application.

[2] The reason for filing of the instant application, inasmuch as, the earlier contemnors in the accompanying application are no longer holding the posts and the present opposite parties are holding the post of the Chief Engineer and the Executive Engineer of the Water Resources Department.

[3] Taking into account the above, this Court impleads both the opposite parties herein as respondent Nos. 5 & 6 to the accompanying contempt application.

[4] The counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 (seven) days and the Registry shall on the basis of the said memo of parties and the present order make necessary changes in the cause-title of the accompanying contempt application and update the same in the CIS.

[5] Interlocutory application stands disposed of.
