This is an application seeking amendment of the cause title of the connected writ petition, being WP(C) No. 513/2026, by correcting the address of respondent No. 9, namely, Deba Kumar Das.

Ms. P. Adhikari, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that due to an inadvertent error, the address of respondent No. 9 has been incorrectly stated in the writ petition. She, therefore, prays that the applicant be permitted to amend the cause title for incorporation of the correct address of the said respondent.

Having considered that the address of the respondent No. 9 appears to have been wrongly mentioned in the connected writ petition due to an inadvertent error, I deem it appropriate to allow this interlocutory application.

Accordingly, the applicant is allowed to amend the cause title of WP(C) No. 513/2026 by providing the correct address of respondent No. 9.

The interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
