Heard Mr. H.R. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. D. Bora, learned State Counsel for the State respondents.

This is an application praying for impleadment of the District Commissioner, Nalbari, Assam and the Circle Officer, Tihu Revenue Circle, Tihu, Nalbari, Assam in the connected WP(C)/883/2025 as respondent nos. 11 and 12.

Having considered that the District Commissioner has issued a Next of Kin Certificate in respect of deceased - Late Kamala Kanta Adhikary and the Circle Officer, Tihu Revenue Circle, Tihu under which the deceased Late Kamalakanta Adhikari last resided, and the prayer for impleadment having been not opposed to by the learned counsel for the State respondents, I deemed it appropriate to allow this application as the respondents sought to be impleaded appears to be necessary parties for proper adjudication of the matter.

Accordingly, the District Commissioner, Nalbari, Assam and the Circle Officer, Tihu Revenue Circle, Tihu, Nalbari, Assam are hereby to be allowed as party respondent nos. 11 and 12 in the connected WP(C)/883/2025.
