Heard Mr. S. Rahman, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Bhaskar Sharma, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam.
2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, whereby the petitioner

Jeherul Hoque has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested in connection with Fatasil Ambari P.S. Case No.12/2026 corresponding to G.R. No.297/2026 under Sections 311 of BNS, 2023.
3. On 19.01.2026, a group of four miscreants armed with fire arms entered into the house of the informant. They decamped with a cash amount of ₹1.5 lacs, gold ornaments and mobile phones. On 22nd January, 2026, police seized one air pistol from the possession of the petitioner and he was arrested on the subsequent day.
4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides.
5. No specific ground has been made while the petitioner pleaded for bail. For this reason, the bail application is dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
