2. This is the second bail application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 after rejection of the earlier one on 21.01.2026 in Bail Application No.4081/2025.
3. The petitioner had allegedly applied chilly in the vagina of a four year old girl.
4. No new ground has been pleaded this time. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is rejected and disposed of.
