2. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for

the grant of regular bail to the petitioner, namely, Firoz Khan, in connection with

Tezpur P.S. Case No. 517/2026, under Section

61(2)/316(2)/318(4)/319(2)/336(3)/337/340(2) of the BNS, read with Section 66(C)/66(D)/70(A) of the IT Act.

3. The present petitioner, i.e., Firoz Khan, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.09.2026 in Bail Appln. 2278/2026, in connection with Tezpur P.S. Case No. 446/2026, registered under Section

316(2)/318(4)/336(3)/338/340(2)/61(2) of the BNS, 2023, read with Sections 66C/66D/72A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

A perusal of the FIR of the instant case, which has been lodged by the police, reveals that the contents thereof contain the very same allegations as were available in the FIR of the earlier case, i.e., Tezpur P.S. Case No. 446/2026, in which case the petitioner was granted bail by this Court. The petitioner has been shown arrested in the present case on 03.09.2026.

5. Having regard to the above, the prayer for bail is allowed on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Morigaon, Assam.

6. It is provided herein that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial Court on each date fixed in the case and shall not tamper with the evidence or
