2. It appears that vide order, dated 07.09.2026, the case diary of Jakhalabandha P.S. Case No. 66/2026, under Sections 196(1)(a)/299/3(5) of the BNS, 2023, read with Section 13(1) of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, was called for.
3. However, Ms. Bora, learned APP, submits that she has not received the case diary and as per her instruction, the I.O. has submitted charge-sheet, being charge-sheet No. 55/2026, dated 30.08.2026, and as such, she submits that the scanned copy of the records may be called for.
4. At this stage, Ms. Hussain, learned counsel for the accused submits that the accused shall appear before the learned Trial Court and apply for regular bail and this bail application may be closed.
5. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to close this application, by directing the accused to appear before the learned Trial Court and to apply for regular bail. And it is also provided that on such application being filed, the learned Trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law.
6. In terms of the above, this bail application stands closed.
