Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by extending the order of interim protection for another period of 15 (fifteen) days from today and thereafter, the said interim protection seized inoperative. The petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court within the aforesaid period of 15 days.
4 . The petition stands disposed of.
