Heard Ms. C Saikia, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet has been laid in the instant case vide charge sheet No.107/2026 dated 23.06.2026. As such, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that she be permitted to move the appropriate application before the concerned Court.
Prayer is allowed.
Further it is seen that the petitioner was enlarged on interim pre arrest bail vide order dated 15.05.2026. As such, the said interim order be extended by another 15 days so as to enable the petitioner to avail the remedy.
