Heard Mr. Techi Topu, learned Counsel appearing for the accused applicant. Also heard Ms. T. Jini, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh.
The instant application under section 482 of the BNSS, 2023,

seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner Smt. Bharti Ingo in the event of her arrest in connection with Itanagar Police Station Case No. 131/2026, registered under Sections 409/420/120B of the IPC, 1860.
The learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that the accused applicant is the wife of one of the accused persons, who was working as a cashier in the said bank and has already been arrested in connection with the case. He further submits that the accused applicant has not been named in the FIR. However, apprehending her arrest, she had approached this Court seeking pre-arrest bail.
This Court, vide order dated 03.08.2026, granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant, subject to the condition that she shall cooperate with the investigation and make herself available for examination before the Investigating Officer within 10 days from the date of passing of the aforesaid order.
The case diary in the instant case has been received and the same has been perused.
Ms. Jini, leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh, submits that the accused applicant has not been cooperating with the investigation, as she has not appeared before the Investigating Officer in terms of the order dated 03.08.2026. She, therefore, submits that the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused applicant ought to be cancelled.
Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the case diary, this Court is of the

considered opinion that the accused applicant has failed to cooperate with the investigation as directed by this Court.
In view of the aforesaid, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused applicant vide order dated 03.08.2026 is hereby recalled and cancelled.
