Heard Mr. F Haque, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K K Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State respondent.
2. The case was fixed for bail hearing but, it is submitted by Mr. Das, the

learned Addl. PP that case has already been chare-sheeted vide C.S. No. 111/2026 dated 26.06.2026.
3. In that context, Mr. Haque, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused/petitioner was in interim and in pursuant to the order of interim anticipatory bail, he already appeared and cooperated in the investigation.
4. Considering the submission made by Mr. Haque, the present anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court below within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of order with an application for regular bail.
5. Till the date of his appearance, the interim granted to the petitioner shall be extended till 15 (fifteen) days, enabling the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court below accordingly.
With the above observations, the matter stands disposed of.
