1. Heard Mrs. K. Devi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned APP appearing for the State of Assam.
2. Mr. Baruah submits that the charge sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case vide Charge Sheet No. 278/2025 dated 28.12.2025. As such, the learned counsel submits that she may be permitted to move an appropriate application before the concerned Court.
3. Prayer is allowed.
4. However, it is also seen that the petitioner is protected by the interim prearrest bail order dated 19.01.2026. As such, the said interim order shall stand extended for a further period of 15 days to enable the petitioner to avail of the appropriate remedy before the concerned Court.
5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
