That this application is filed under Section 482 of the BNSS 2023, for granting Transit Anticipatory bail to the accused/petitioner namely SK Aminur

in connection with Crime Number 154/2026 U/s 66(C), 66(D) IT Act and 318(4)/319(2)/337,336(3)/308/127(4)/3(5)/61(2)/340(2)/339/336(2) of BNS' 2023 registered at Cyber Crime Police Station, Southeast Bangalore, Karnataka.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 12.07.2026 the brother of the petitioner received a Notice under Section 35(3) BNSS dated 08.07.2026 issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Southeast Cyber Crime Police Station, Bangalore bearing No. CENPS/CRMNO-154-2026 directing the petitioner to appear before the Cyber Crime Police Station, Southeast Division, Bangalore within 7 days. The said notice was thereafter sent to the petitioner by his brother and the petitioner received the notice on 20.07.2026, as such he could not appear before the Cyber Crime Police Station, Southeast Division, Bangalore within 7 days from the date of issue of the notice, therefore there is serious apprehension of being arrested in connection with the said case at any moment. As such, the petitioner has approached this Hon'ble Court by filing the instant application for granting transit anticipatory bail.

It is stated that the petitioner is a resident of Rangia and his wife is pregnant and she required constant medical treatment and care and it is submitted that for that reason, the petitioner is unable to apply for bail before the jurisdictional Court at Bangalore and accordingly seeks transit bail.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has approached the Court after expiry of the date for his appearance before the I/O.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons given for his inability to approach the jurisdictional Court as stated above, I deem it fit to grant transit anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a limited period.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall approach the jurisdictional Court in Bangalore within a period of 30 days from today.

Accordingly, it is provided that in the event of his arrest in connection with the aforesaid case, within a period of 30 days from today, the petitioner named above shall be released on interim bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/(Rupees fifty thousand) only with two local sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority.
