petitioner before the Dhekiajuli Police Station and when the matter is called up today, the learned APP has placed an instruction given by Officer-in-charge of Dhekiajuli Police Station, wherein, it was stated that no pending case is lodged against the petitioner before the said police station. As such, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter be closed.
