Heard Mr. S.K. Talukdar, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam.
It is submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case vide CS No.119/2026 dated 31.07.2026.
We have gone through Para No.3 of the order dated 11.08.2026 passed by

this Court.
The petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated 11.08.2026. Pursuant to which, the petitioner had appeared before the Investigating Officer and subsequently, the charge-sheet has been submitted.
Having regard to the nature of the allegations made, this Court is of the view that it may not be necessary to take the petitioner into custody for the purposes of trial.
Accordingly, the order of interim bail dated 11.08.2026 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute upon the same conditions as may be applicable as on date.
This petition stands allowed and disposed off accordingly.
