Heard Mr. I. Alam, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. M.P Goswami, learned Addl. P.P appearing for the State.

This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting prearrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, 1. Azizul Hoque, 2. Safizul Hoque, 3. Ayub Ali Sheikh, 4. Roshonara Bibi, 5. Mohijan Bibi, 6. Moiful Bibi, 7. Meherun Nessa, 8. Gaji Rahman, 9. Nazimul Hoque, 10. Inamul Hoque, 11. Aktar Ali, 12. Alom Sheikh, 13. Rofiqul Islam and 14. Shafikul Islam, in connection with Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 57/2026 u/s191(2)/191(3)/115(2)/117(2)/118(2)/109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in GR Case No. 64/2026.

The interim bail was granted on 25.06.2026 with conditions.

Mr. Goswami, the learned Additional PP, submits that in the meantime, the investigation has also been completed and has resulted in a charge-sheet vide CS No. 110/26 dated 30.06.2026.

In view of the completion of investigation, this Court is not inclined to cancel the interim bail granted earlier as mentioned.

Accordingly, the same is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions that; they shall be available for trial if one commences; they shall not tamper or

hamper with evidence; they shall not in any manner intimidate or harm the informant side or any witnesses. Violation of the bail conditions will entail cancellation of the bail as per law.
