Heard Mr. M. Hoque, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge has already been submitted being CS No.127/2026 dated 30.07.2026.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Court Below and file appropriate application and till then, he may be protected.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Goalpara within a period of 14 days from today.

The interim order passed by this Court shall stand extended by another period of 14 days from today.
