Heard Mr. J. Tsering Kee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the accusedapplicant. Also heard Ms. T. Jini, learned Addl. P.P., representing the State.

This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant, apprehending arrest in connection with Yazali P.S. Case No. 7/2026, registered under Sections 316(5)/318(4)/336 (3)/340(2)/61(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023.

A coordinate bench of this Court, vide order dated 10.09.2026, has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant with a direction to the accusedapplicant to cooperate with the investigation.

The learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant submits that in terms of the aforesaid order dated 10.09.2026, the accused-applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and got his statement recorded. He further submits that the accused-applicant is fully cooperating with the investigation and therefore, the interim order so passed should be made absolute.

Ms. Jini, learned Addl. P.P., also confirms that the accused-applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and is cooperating with the investigation.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and taking into account the fact that the accused-applicant is cooperating with the investigation, the interim order passed on 10.09.2026 is hereby made absolute.

In terms of the aforesaid direction, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
