Heard Mr. J. Jini, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the accusedapplicant. Also heard Ms. T. Jini, learned Addl. P.P., representing the State.

This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant, apprehending arrest in connection

with Daporijo P.S. Case No. 64/2026, registered under Sections 316(4)/336(2)/314 /3(5) of BNS, 2023.

A coordinate bench of this Court, vide order dated 07.09.2026, has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant with a direction to the accusedapplicant to appear before the Investigating Officer within ten (10) days and to cooperate with the investigation.

The learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant submits that in terms of the aforesaid order dated 07.09.2026, the accused-applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and got his statement recorded. He further submits that the accused-applicant is fully cooperating with the investigation and therefore, the interim order so passed should be made absolute.

Ms. Jini, learned Addl. P.P., also confirms that the accused-applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and is cooperating with the investigation.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and taking into account the fact that the accused-applicant is cooperating with the investigation, the interim order passed on 07.09.2026 is hereby made absolute.

In terms of the aforesaid direction, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
